Classic Santoku shines in Martha Stewart Living Magazine

This Shun easily sliced through homemade pizza dough.

While Martha Stewart Living Magazine was showing off homemade pizza, a Shun caught our eye in the photo. Evidently, the chef was easily able to cut the pizza into delicious slices that are ready to be served. The Classic Hollow-Ground Santoku's blade indentations reduce cutting friction, proving to be an excellent option for gliding through pizza and many other foods.
