Shun products are sold in the United States and Canada through a network of Authorized Dealers specially selected by Shun for their ability to professionally represent and sell our fine kitchen cutlery and accessories. We are proud to do business with them.

Be wary of sellers on websites such as Amazon.com, Ebay, Walmart.com, Sears.com, Newegg.com, Craig's List, and others. Many of the sellers on sites like these are not authorized Shun dealers, so we have no way to police the quality of the products they sell. These products could be used, damaged, refurbished, or have other problems. (Shun never approves the sale of used products—even through authorized dealers. Full personal, property, and product liability of selling used product is incurred by the seller.)
What's more, many of these types of operations change names, locations, or go out of business frequently—making it difficult or impossible to reach them to solve customer problems. While we are making our best efforts to prohibit these sellers from taking advantage of consumers, these practices still exist.
