In this episode of her southern cooking show, Trisha and her sister Beth learn kitchen knife techniques from chef Jess Rice. For these demonstrations, Rice used a Classic 8-in. Chef's Knife for Frenching onions, mincing, and julienning. You'll also learn how to properly pinch the knife and claw whatever you're cutting.
